NOGOM NIKAMOWIN WITH ÉMILIO WAWATIE AND SEAYENNA FONTAINE LEE
Maison Nivard-De Saint-Dizier, museum and archeological site
Through song and storytelling, Nogom Nikamowin is a new album performed in Anishinaabemowin and inspired by the cycle of the six seasons of the Anishinaabe world. The album explores the seasons of Pipon, Sikwan, Minokamin, Nipin, Takwakan, and Pitci-pipon. Written and arranged by Emilio Wawatie, the album was created in collaboration with Minwashin, Musique Nomad, Seayenna Fontaine Lee, and Leila Twenish.

The exhibition «Maison Nivard-De Saint-Dizier» reveals the historical, architectural and archeological secrets of one of the oldest rural house from the French Regime and the largest pre-historical archeological site ever discovered on the island of Montréal, revealing a 5,500 years-old First Nations occupation.
