Pied-des-Rapides-de-Lachine is one of Quebec's most intricate and intriguing archaeological sites. Through the lens of field archaeologist Jennifer Bracewell, this conference provides an opportunity to learn about the site and investigate how different kinds of evidence may be cross-referenced to create a picture of the past.

The exhibition «Maison Nivard-De Saint-Dizier» reveals the historical, architectural and archeological secrets of one of the oldest rural house from the French Regime and the largest pre-historical archeological site ever discovered on the island of Montréal, revealing a 5,500 years-old First Nations occupation.
