This exhibition invites visitors to explore the often-overlooked realities of individuals receiving social assistance, the perceptions held by Quebecers, and the nature of last-resort government support programs. Alongside this project, born from extensive academic research, the Dorval Museum showcases the wide range of programs offered by Dorval Community Assistance Aid. Together, let’s raise awareness about precariousness and celebrate the solidarity that unites us.
*The exhibition Us: Portraits of Social Assistance is the result of an exceptional collaboration between the Chaire de recherche du Canada en éducation aux médias et droits humains, the Collectif pour un Québec sans pauvreté, the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, as well as Université TÉLUQ.

Like a Fish in Water!
This exhibition was entirely produced by the Musée du Fjord, invites visitors into a fun marine environment. The path is filled with striking photographs, games for the entire family, an immersive zone revealing breathtaking images by filmmaker Alexandre Ruffin, educational videos, fun questions and common expressions.
Like a Fish in Water! addresses recent scientific discoveries which show that fish have no reason to compete with their terrestrial vertebrates! Your perception of our aquatic relations will be turned completely upside down.
