A Batch of History
Maison Saint-Gabriel, historic site and museum
From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., an animator will be baking fresh bread in our wood-fired oven. The loaves, straight out of the oven will be available for purchase in the shop on a first come, first served basis. The first batch will be ready between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.

* The purchase link is for the museum tour. The 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. tours are in French, and the 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. tours are in English.
