The MUMAQ, musée des métiers d’art du Québec’s mission is to promote the inventiveness of the creators of handmade objects in Quebec. Its artistic objective is to increase awareness of traditional as well as contemporary arts, fine crafts and craftsmanship. The Museum also gives a special place to the expression of the arts and traditions of the numerous cultural communities that make up its local population, and reflect Canada’s diversity today.
