In December 2018, Felix & Paul Studios (EMMY Award winner) and TIME Inc. launched the first professional 3D 360° camera—built to operate in microgravity—sending it up to the International Space Station (ISS). Since then, filming has documented astronauts from a number of countries engaged in their bold missions more than 400 km above Earth. The result is astounding. Space Explorers is the most ambitious production ever shot in space. Filmed over two years, with privileged access to the ISS crew, this immersive epic brings you up close and personal with the joys, wonders and dangers of life in orbit, alongside astronauts whose experiences you’ll never forget.
